Turns out there was a bizzarre love triangle: Tim cheated with Ronni, but Ronni left him for his son Russ, who dumped Jessica for her mother. You go to the Landon residence to find Jessica, Ty's daughter, and Ronni, his wife there. She has no biological connection to her stepson, and lets you partially search the perimeter. She tells that Russ is in Louisiana, and her husband was kicked out for cheating. You go out to the Cole residence, where Heather Cole is present. The PDA contains signs of family affair, and Ty identifies either Tim or Russ Cole - father and son - as the possible owners of the bracelet.
