You find oily residue matching the forearm oil under the terrace, and a two days old golf scorecard. You have a telephone call with him.Ī fingerprint of Heather is found at the Landon garage window, and a warrant is issued on the Cole home, but not the boat. By then, Russ is found: he never made it to Louisiana. Fingerprint confirms it's Tim, and Ronni is brought in for questioning. You get a search warrant for the garage, and find a severed hand. Violence was common between the two families, and Judge Lawford confirms that Ronni filed for divorce, and Ty assaulted Tim. Turns out there was a bizzarre love triangle: Tim cheated with Ronni, but Ronni left him for his son Russ, who dumped Jessica for her mother. You find a drawing of Ronni, with fiber matching the ones you found at the Cole home. Jessica turns out to be Russ' girlfriend. You go to the Landon residence to find Jessica, Ty's daughter, and Ronni, his wife there. She has no biological connection to her stepson, and lets you partially search the perimeter. She tells that Russ is in Louisiana, and her husband was kicked out for cheating. You go out to the Cole residence, where Heather Cole is present. The PDA contains signs of family affair, and Ty identifies either Tim or Russ Cole - father and son - as the possible owners of the bracelet. In autopsy, Alexx lets you investigate the reptile's stomach contents, with a PDA memory card and a bracelet inside. There is also a piece of plastic where the gator was attacked. Then you process the scene, with little to find except the forearm - it has an oily residue on it, and it was clearly sawn off from the other body parts.
